We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

Corporate health and Wellness 

Education is important to your health, so you can make good choices every day outside of our office.  We offer free educational health education in our office on a wide variety of subjects from stress management, to detoxification, to better sleep habits.  We are also provide provided rapid drug testing and alcohol testing to reduce work related injuries and accidents.  


Yoga and Pilates helps to maintain a healthy heart, mental acuity, and weight loss. Our goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most. We recognize that each our patient is a whole person, and help them reach true health and wellness is a collaborate effort between our professionals and our patients.

Nutritional Counseling/Personal Training

We provide specific recommendations on nutritional diet plans, exercise regimens, and healthy food choices to enhance our patients physical health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you? Do you know how these supplements and vitamins interact with one another? We can provide a structured nutritional program based on your individual needs as well as test your Body FAT. 


Acupressure therapy offers a natural conservative treatment approach that relieves musculoskeletal pain for many clients. Our office provides specific muscular therapy that is tailored to meet the patient's condition and injury. The benefits of Acupressure therapy may include increasing blood circulation, reducing swelling, relaxing muscles, relieving muscle pain and spasms, and aid in recovery and range of motion.  We offer chair and lay down 'spa' style massage. Our therapists are available Monday thru Friday and weekend appointments. Appointments are encouraged as their schedules fill fast.

 sports  STRENGTHENING & conditioning

Sports Strength and Conditioning provides Athletes an overview of skills, development and training principles of a strength and conditioning regimen. Sessions focus on training intensity, injury prevention, nutrition, conditioning and fitness programming.

personal training & fitness

Our fitness professionals’ work one on one developing exercise prescriptions, and motivate clients by setting goals. They also educate clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.

p90x workout sessions
This fitness program is taught in-group of 5-7 by an instructor for 90 days, training program uses cross-training (weight training, martial arts, yoga and calisthenics) and periodization, combined with a nutrition and dietary supplement plan.
